Your Goal: Complete THREE (3) F45 Classes in ONE (1) Day and Raise $300 for New Directions Center Through Sponsorships.

Prove to Yourself You Can Do It, and Show Your Family and Friends Your Strength and Heart on this Special Day!

To Participate, Please Fill Out the Form Below. Once You Complete the Interest Form, an NDC Staff Member Will Email You With Further Instructions and Will Include Your Challenge Packet.

This Event Is For ANYONE! You Do Not Have to be an F45 Member! And the Best Part? You Will Get:

One (1) Week Trial Membership at F45 for All Classes

F45 Move-A-Thon For New Directions Center

This one day event does two things: 1) Shows you can do anything you set your mind to, and 2) Supports the work of New Directions Center who provides free and confidential care to survivors and families impacted by domestic and sexual violence.

T-Shirt Size Selection. T-Shirt orders for those who sign up before November 20th will be honored. If you sign up for this challenge after November 20th, we will try to award you with a challenge shirt but one cannot be promised.
