  • NDC Table at Churchville Augusta County Libration Station - 09/03/2026 - Visit the Churchville Augusta County Library Station at 3714 Churchville Ave, Churchville, VA to talk with a staff member and to learn more about New Directions Center. A table will be set up on Thursday, September 3rd from 11 AM - 3 PM.

  • Coffee with New Directions Center - 09/17/2026 - Join New Directions Center at the Staunton Innovation Hub on Thursday, September 17th from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM for coffee and breakfast snacks! We want to take this time to share more about who NDC is, what we offer, and how we can be involved as a partner and as a resource in the community! Stay tuned for more details. 

  • Sip N' Paint  - 09/18/2026 - Join New Directions Center and Sunny Knoll Studio at Valley Pike Farm Market on Friday, September 18th at 6:00 PM! Grab a glass of wine and a paint brush in this fun, relaxing way to support NDC. Tickets are $40 and a portion of the proceeds directly benefit NDC. To register, visit this link

  • African American Heritage and Multicultural Festival - 09/19/2026 to 09/20/2026 - New Directions Center will have a table at the African American Heritage and Multicultural Festival at Gypsy Hill Park on Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th. Come see us!

  • Queen City Mischief and Magic - 09/26/2026 to 09/27/2027 - New Directions Center will be a part of the "Do Good Alley" at the annual Queen City Mischief and Magic in downtown Staunton on Saturday, September 26th and Sunday, September 27th. Come see us!

  • Sips for Survivors - October - For National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, NDC is partnering with local coffee shops for "Sips for Survivors." This month long event gives the community a unique chance to support small business, support survivors of domestic violence, and enter in a chance to win a self care and beauty bundle package topped with a photographed session! Stay tuned for more details on how to participate. 

  • Night of Hope Gala - 10/10/2026 - New Directions Center's 2nd annual Night of Hope Benefit Gala is on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Staunton. We're bringing the community together to honor victims and survivors of domestic violence during National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.   • Staunton Pride - 10/17/2026 - New Directions Center will be at Staunton Pride on Saturday, October 17th from 12 PM - 5 PM at Gypsy Hill Park for Staunton Pride. Come see us!

  • Movie in the Park - 10/23/2026 - Join New Directions Center at the Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand for a Halloween movie night with the Staunton Parks and Rec Team! Movie and time TBD. We hope to see you there!
