• Women in Motion: Gentle Yoga - 03/10/2026 - New Directions Center is partnering with the Staunton Augusta Junior Women's Club and Phoenix Fitness and Yoga to host a gentle yoga class. This event is to support three (3) women-run organizations in the Staunton, Augusta, Waynesboro community in honor of Women's History Month. We are shining light on what it is we do through a gentle yoga class designed to be friendly for all. No experience necessary! Register here for $25 for a special 50-minute yoga class on Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30 PM in Fishersville.

• Fearless 5K Fun Run - 04/25/2026 - To bring special awareness to sexual assault awareness month, NDC is hosting their Fearless 5K Fun Run! This event is a night-time, glow-in-the-dark fun run located at the Club of Staunton on Saturday, April 25th. There is no winner and certainly no loser! Registration opens March 2nd. • Girls Empowerment Retreat 2026 - 06/08/2026 to 06/12/2026 - Join NDC for their 3rd annual Girls Empowerment Retreat. The Girls Empowerment Retreat is a transformative experience designed to inspire and uplift young girls, fostering confidence and self-discovery. Through a series of empowering workshops, interactive activities, and mentorship sessions, participants develop leadership skills, cultivate strong self-esteem, and build meaningful connections with their peers!
