• Sips for Survivors - All October Long! - For National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, NDC is partnering with local coffee shops and businesses for "Sips for Survivors." This month long event gives the community a unique chance to support small business, support survivors of domestic violence, and enter in a chance to win a self care and beauty bundle package topped with a photographed session! • Bonobos Bakery Fundraiser - All October Long! - For National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Bonobos Bakery in Waynesboro is generously supporting New Directions Center, where a portion of proceeds from October 1st to October 31st sales directly go to NDC to support the free care provided to survivors. This is your chance to support survivors one cinnamon roll at a time!

• Night of Hope Gala - 10/10/2026 - New Directions Center's 2nd annual Night of Hope Benefit Gala is on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Staunton. We're bringing the community together to honor victims and survivors of domestic violence during National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Please visit  this page for more details.

• Staunton Pride - 10/17/2026 - New Directions Center will be at Staunton Pride on Saturday, October 17th from 12 PM - 5 PM at Gypsy Hill Park for Staunton Pride. Come see us!

• Movie in the Park - 10/23/2026 - Join New Directions Center at the Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand for a Halloween movie night with the Staunton Parks and Rec Team! We will be watching "Sketch" at 5:30 PM. We hope to see you there!

• Move-a-Thon - 12/03/2026 - Beat the turkey slump and make an impact!!! NDC is partnering with F45 Training in Staunton to host a "move-a-thon" to challenge your strength and support the work of NDC! For members and non-members of F45 Training, you are being challenged to complete THREE (3) HIIT cardio workouts in ONE (1) day. One Day. One Mission. Three Challenges. The best part? You get sponsors to support and encourage you, where all proceeds go to further NDC's mission! More information to come.
